I recently attended a Kundalini yoga workshop with Liucija, and it was such a powerful experience. From the moment the session began, I could feel a shift in energy — it was grounding, uplifting, and honestly unlike any other class I’ve taken.
Liucija created a space that felt both welcoming and intentional. Her presence is incredibly calming, and the way she guided us through the practice made it easy to fully let go and connect inward. I left feeling more centered, clear, and energized.
I’m really grateful I got to attend this workshop and would absolutely recommend Liucija’s sessions to anyone curious about Kundalini or looking to deepen their practice.

Liucija’s Spinal Yoga for Deep Relaxation Class was absolutely lovely! The class provided me with a good overview of Kundalini yoga basics and helped me develop a cursory appreciation of the practice. Liucija explained clearly what we were doing, why, and how it is rooted in Kundalini traditions. Her explanations, the opportunity to ask questions, and the helpful handout she printed for everyone made the chants and practice accessible for those new to Kundalini (myself included!). This also contributed to the atmosphere of the class, which was warm, inviting, and supportive. I left feeling not only relaxed and rejuvenated, but with knowledge I could take with me to guide my own practice at home!

Had the chance to attend Liucija’s Kundalini yoga workshop recently, and it was such a calming experience.
It felt a little different from the yoga classes I usually take, but I really enjoyed how much it focused on breathwork, meditation, and learning about different mantras. We also practiced Breath of Fire (which honestly wasn’t as scary as I expected).
One of my favorite parts was the music she used and the quiet time at the end to rest in child’s pose and just relax on the mat. It was such a peaceful reset.
If you’re curious about Kundalini yoga or want something more meditative and grounding, I definitely recommend checking out one of her workshops.

I came into this class as a beginner. A few years ago, I attended a series of guided meditations that included “breath of fire.” I enjoyed these sessions, but when life got busy, I fell out of practice.
Liucija began with a brief introduction to Kundalini’s focus on the Divine Feminine energy. She taught us the philosophy of breath of fire, and then led us in a practice of it.
My most vivid memory of this experience is Liucija leading us through the Kirtan Kriya (Sa ta na ma meditation ) where we moved each finger tip to the thumb with our voice. First we did it out loud, second whisper, then quietly using inner voice, then whisper again, and then out loud again. It was such a beautiful experience for me. I truly felt connected to my fellow yogis and to my Higher Power. Liucija later shared that our Kirtan Kriya was about 11 minutes. At the time, I experienced time as endless and swift at once! After class, I was deeply relaxed and present in my mind, body, and spirit. The next morning, I awoke remembering the vivid dreams I had – they were drenched in vivid colors and pure happiness.
Liucija gave us some book recommendations for further study. I bought one of these books and am looking forward to immersing myself in it this Sunday. I defintely plan to attend more classes with Liucija!
Thank you again, Liucija, for introducing me to this gorgeous practice.
